In the Android app
- Open the Aarya Clothing app and log in.
- Go to Profile.
- Tap Delete account at the bottom and confirm.
On the website
Log in with the same phone number and use the button below.

What is deleted
As soon as you confirm, we permanently delete:
- Your name, phone number, email address and login details
- Saved delivery addresses
- Cart, wishlist and product reviews
- Customer support chat messages and photos you sent in chat
- Notifications, trusted devices and activity records
You are signed out on all devices immediately.
What is kept, and for how long
- Orders, GST tax invoices and payment records are kept for up to 8 years, because the CGST Act, 2017 and the Income-tax Act, 1961 require us to keep them. Your name, phone and delivery address are removed from the stored order record; tax invoices that were already issued are kept as issued.
- Copies in our secured, access-restricted server backups are never used to restore your account and are removed as those backups are rotated out, within about 6 months.
If an order is still on its way, please wait until it is delivered before deleting your account, so we can complete the delivery.

Contact us from the phone number on your account and we will delete it for you within 7 days:
